



Burkam & Associates' founders are Garrett "Lee" Burkam and Don Radlinski. Lee and Don established Burkam & Associates when they identified an opportunity to create a clinical model of efficiency that attracts and retains the highest quality clinicians. Lee Burkam, PT, DPT, SCS, ATC
Lee is a board certified sports physical therapist and certified athletic trainer. He graduated from The Ohio State University in 1993 and went on to receive his doctorate degree from the University of Saint Augustine. Lee is one of a select few board-certified Sports Physical Therapists in central Ohio. He was recently named to the “Best in the US” list of the top 1% of physical Therapists in the United States. Lee has practiced and managed rehabilitation in numerous settings including hospital, nursing home, private practice, and corporate-owned outpatient rehabilitation agencies. He did the strategic planning and implementation of a rehabilitation agency in Ohio that included eleven new start-up clinics and was involved in four acquisitions in a four-year period.
Don Radlinski, PT,
DPT, cert MDT
Don Radlinski’s expertise is in clinic operations. Don graduated from The Ohio State University in 1994 and
went on to receive his doctorate degree from the University of North
Carolina. Clinically, Don is one of a few certified McKenzie Therapists in central Ohio and he has extensive knowledge of Medicare as well as insurance company regulations and compliance. He has served in administrator roles for the largest and third and fourth largest national rehabilitation corporations. In addition to Don’s vast knowledge base on the standards that regulate the practice of physical therapy, he takes great pride in his ability to develop and mentor young clinicians and clinical rehabilitation managers.
Dayne
Conley, PT, MPT, MS, SCS, NASM-PES
Dayne Conley has practiced in the Orthopedic/Sports Medicine setting
since 1999. He is one of the few American Physical Therapy Association
board certified sports specialist in Central Ohio. During this time he
has worked with athletes from the NFL, Arena Football League, MLB,
Collegiate baseball & football, as well as hundreds of high school
athletes. Additionally, Dayne has trained hundreds of Professional,
Collegiate & amateur athletes, assisting them achieve elevated
contractual status & scholarships, while tremendously improving their
sports performance. Dayne lives in Dublin with his wife, Lisa & their 2
sons, Cooper & Keegan.
Erin
Tranquilli, PT, MPT, OCS
Erin Tranquilli was born and raised in Cincinnati, OH, and graduated
from Ohio University in 2002 with her Masters degree in Physical
Therapy. She subsequently moved to Columbus, where she has been working
as a physical therapist in the outpatient orthopedic setting for the
past 8 years. She was recently recognized as an Orthopedic Certified
Specialist, and has extensive experience working with sports injuries,
spine and post-op rehab, as well as specializing in the
treatment of vestibular disorders. She also enjoys working as a
Clinical Instructor and mentoring students during clinical
rotations
Jason
Pedicini, PT, DPT, cert MDT
Jason Pedicini was born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio. He graduated
Magna Cum Laude from Baldwin-Wallace College with majors in
pre-physical therapy, exercise physiology and fitness management. He
then received his doctorate of physical therapy at Slippery
Rock University. Upon graduating he moved to Columbus, where he
worked at an outpatient orthopedic facility. He has vast experience in
dealing with athletes, post-operative rehabilitation, injured workers
and the geriatric population. He is the center coordinator for clinical
education for Burkam & Associates and also a member of the
American Physical Therapy Association. Jason is a certified McKenzie
physical therapist.

Heather
Goettee, PT, DPT
Heather Goettee was born and raised in Owosso, Michigan. She received
her Bachelor's degree in Health Studies from Boston University in 2005,
and completed her Doctorate in physical therapy at Boston University in
2007. She remained in Boston, working in sports medicine and orthopedics
for 2.5 years. She relocated to Columbus and joined the Conley Rehab
staff in February 2010. Heather is an APTA Certified Clinical
Instructor, and has worked with students from universities around the
country.
Kelly
Newsad, PT, MPT, ATC, CKTP
Kelley Newsad is a physical therapist and certified athletic trainer and
has worked exclusively in the outpatient orthopedic setting. Kelley has
vast experience in post-surgical and sports medicine rehabilitation and
is a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner. She is also a competitive
runner and recently teamed up with the Columbus Running Company to offer

Casey,
PT
Casey was born and raised in Galion Ohio. He attended Ohio Wesleyan
University and received a BA in zoology, then followed with his
doctorate in physical therapy at the Ohio State University. While at
Ohio State, Casey completed a clinical rotation at Champion Sports
Medicine in Birmingham, AL which is considered one of the best
facilities in the country for sports medicine. This sports clinical
experience combined with Casey’s basketball and baseball background led
him to the position of Sports Resident. In his free time Casey enjoys
bass fishing, watching basketball, and spending time with his fiancée
Allie.
